Please discuss with: The doc who is going to do your surg under normal circumstances you would leave 1 or both ovaries in since u are so young, if there is something wrong with the ovaries or you had a very strong history of ovarian cancer or a history of frequent ruptured ovarian cysts then that would be indication to remove ovaries.
