Yes: Fish is one of the top eight allergenic foods, and experts used to advise parents to wait until their baby's first birthday before introducing it. That advice has now changed. In 2008, the aap released a report stating that there's probably no reason to wait to introduce allergenic foods until your baby reaches a certain age. After introducing any new food, wait at least three days before another.

Not recommended: The american academy of pediatrics does not recommend feeding seafood less than one year. The reason is that there has been an association with higher likelihood of developing allergies if given less than one year. Please discuss this with your child's pediatrician for more information.
