It does not matter: Both work very well. There is limited data to suggest that FluMist might work a little better. Another upside is no injection, but if you want to have FluMist administered and covered by insurance, certain plans do not cover it. Check first.

No: The type of vaccine for influenza will absolutely no effect on adhd or the medication taken for adhd.

No: There should be no problem with getting either the live attenuated FluMist or the inactivated shot for people on ADHD medications. People with asthma should not take FluMist.
