Caution.: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a controlled substance and the use and management of such medication must be determined by the prescribing physician. Your md will determine how best to proceed. I'm glad you asked this question before trying to change the dose on your own.

Watch caffeine: Caffeine and adderal are both stimulants and can have additive side effects.
