Generally not: If your usually regular, and now constipated, number of causes. Drink more fluids--water, fruit juices, do more physical activity, if there remains a change in your lower bowel activity for a month, see your pcp, who will likely refer you to a GI doc. By age 50, should have colonscopy anyway.. Acid reflux involves the upper GI tract, and likely the 2 problems are unrelated.
