i'm a 19 year old male have had pain above left breast and in upper back sometimes arm and sometimes spreads to right side my heart beat fast sometime

Body pain: Being 19 years old, you are probably very active and/or working out. Most of these aches and pains are caused your strenuous activities and not from the heart, having said that, it will not be a bad idea if you consulted your doctor to make sure there is no serious cause.
