Proair: Sometimes rarely it can cause nervousness or mild anxiety. The most common side effect is tremors.

Generally not.: Most common side effects of proventil (albuterol) are rapid heart beat, shakiness, trembling, palpitations sensation in chest. Rarely, it can cause central nervous system side effects (anxiety, confusion, headache, dizziness). I do not believe change in memory or personality has been reported, but i never say 'never' when it comes to medication. Call your physician asap.
