Not much: They are both Albuterol Sulfate which is a rescue inhaler for asthma that causes tight airways to open up quickly. The major difference is that ventolin has a dose counter which can be helpful in keeping track of your usage and how much medicine is left. However, pro-air has been approved with a counter and should be coming out soon.
