? blood vessels: Perhaps they are blood vessels...Telangiectasias or angiomas. Freckles are tan/brown and come from the sun. Are you pregnant or on the birth control pill? Both can contribute to telangiectasia and angioma formation.

My son had these random single, not clustered, spots on his neck, back, next to his ears and on his head. Some went away, some have made horrible deep red bigger crusty mark. He now has very fine blood spots on his eye lids and under his eyes.
When exercising: clogged ears, raised heart rate , hard eyes, pulsating neck and head, red skin blotches on face, feels like walking on air why?
