Not Normal: The yellow appearance of the white of the eye is known as jaundice, and is a worrisome sign for liver or hematologic (blood) problems. That, combined with the swelling of feet and ankles and hair loss suggests something potentially serious going on. Bring him to the doctor asap for an complete examination.
