GERD: Yes many. First don't eat after 7 pm, secondly chew you food well and minimize water or fluids with you food. You may wish to raise the head of your bed about 5 inches. Lastly see your doctor and get an h2 blocker. Since much of your stomach acid occurs at night. Be careful what you eat.
