I'm not sure what is causing abdominal pain in your case. In persistent and puzzling(to me) cases of throat discomfort I referred cases to the department of oral pathology at the university dental school. However if abdominal distress is another persistent and unexplained symptom, a consultation with a gastroenterologist would be recommended.
