Does heat rash look like insect bites?

Usually not: Heat rash is a much finer tiny dots rash than most insect bites are. Also, tends to be more of a confluent rash that involves an entire area, whereas insect bites are more distinct lesions without as much of the reddish background one sees with a heat rash.
