Can i numb and cut my skin tag?

Wouldn't recommend: Although, technically that is possible, i wouldn't recommend it to be done at home. Doctors use clean instruments and prep the skin with antibacterial agents to prevent the introduction of infection. We also use numbing agents and stop any bleeding to make the whole process much more comfortable and safe.

Seek a professional: While skin tag removal is quick and relatively straightforward, sterile technique with the appropriate instruments is always your safest bet. Don't risk creating an infection or less favorable scar than you would otherwise have.
