Dr. Allison Holzapfel practices facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. She specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face and neck, including facelifts, rhinoplasty, and eyelid lifts. Dr. Holzapfel also has a large noninvasive rejuvenation practice that focuses on neurotoxin use (Botox, Dysport) and injectable dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Belotero) to obtain a youthful look without the downtime. Reconstructive surgery is also a passion of Dr. Holzapfel. She does a significant amount of cancer reconstruction of the face and neck after Mohs micrographic surgery, as well as scar revisions and traumatic reconstructions.
