Why do i have trace protein and rbc in my urine?

Trace RBCs ; protein: This means there is a small amount of some source of rbcs ; protein in the urine and the meaning of this needs to be looked at with any other lab abnormalities, signs/symptoms, clinical context. If nothing else abnormal, then blood with protein is entering your urine in some way. Are there symptoms like burning with urine, flank pain, recent infection, etc?
