Ears pop with sex: Having sex is all about blood flowing with tissues swelling during stimulation. Release of adrenaline during sex causes constriction of blood vessels. This leads to opening of the eustachian tubes. This leads to the ears popping. Also, more rapid breathing and staining, may cause the eustachian tubes to open up during sex.
