What do you suggest if my ear won't stop popping/cracking?

Have a cold or URI?: Any type of inflammation such as a cold or allergies will cause this problem . It is usually in the middle ear. Takes time. Are you a smoker or have sleep apnea ? This can add to the problem. See an ent for further dx and treatment.
