Not yet: Has been used successfully in africa ; asia. Office procedure where a ring is placed under the foreskin which is then constricted by a band on outside of penis. Skin necroses and is painlessly excised about 7 - 10 days later. Very inexpensive ; millions of men will probably undergo prepex circumcision in future. Need for confirmatory trial in usa to be officially approved for use.
