Normal : This is normal for a 12 year old. There are only a few baby teeth left. They will get loose, be wobbly before they come out. Don't worry about this.

Probably: Just means the root of the baby tooth is dissolving away and the dark coloration is a proliferation of capillaries seen through the thinning tooth material. Just to be sure, however, ask your dentist to take a look.
