Infection: Please get this evaluated as soon as possible. As a hand surgeon I have seen really severe infections develop from plant thorns as they carry exotic bacteria, fungi and peripheral TB infections are really making a comeback. It can start off really mild but can be a bear to eradicate these so my advice is to get this checked out by your doctor asap. Hope this helps! :).
