Although cactus spines are not poisonous, it may be hard to remove spines that are hooked in shape. An infection involving the finger can spread very rapidly down into the hand. Hand infections can be lead to permanent disability if they are not treated quickly.

Not : Not poisonous but probably infected joint. Needs immediate treatment. Go to an emergency room now. This can be really dangerous.
