Clean and monitor: Keep the area clean and dry. Keep a close eye on it to make sure that it doesn't get worse because there is risk for secondary infection. Definitely, if you notice that it is draining pus, go to urgent care as soon as possible because you may need antibiotics. Be very careful with hand wounds. Hope this helps
