Levocetirizine good for sinusitis?

Allergy ; Sinusitis: Hello. Ceterizine is an antihistamine used to decrease allergy symptoms. Since allergy is a very common etiology for sinusitis, it may be helpful. If a fever, post nasal drainage, facial pain, congestion, cough, ear pressure, and fatigue is present, then Cetirizine by itself isn't enough. See your doctor. An antibiotic may be needed.
