Low IgG?: agreed. Frequent bacterial infection associated with CLL may be due to hypogammaglobulinemia (Low amount of antibodies, also called low IgG). That's treatable with monthly infusion of IVIG (intravenous immune globulin). Discuss with hematologist/oncologist.
