Yes: Some people suffer from seasonal affective disorder in the winter. One possible remedy is a sunlamp to simulate the longer days. Another suggestion- is an increase in omega three fish oils of at least a gram a day a third suggestion is exercise- keeping active may help your energy level. Just get started- 10 minutes a day most days of the week of some activity you can do- walk, clean house, etc.
