No: Tizanidine should not cause any changes in blood sugar level. The one caveat to this is if you have something like a spinal cord injury where you have large muscles in spasm, and tizanidine works very well cutting down these spasms, you could lower your metabolism thus increasing your blood sugar. Otherwise, if you dont have an sci/tbi/stroke, then it shouldn't change your sugars at all.
