Last blood work showed MCH at 25.7 (low) and RDW at 15.8 (high). Hemoglobin was within normal range (13.4). I had only looked at hemoglobin, but could MCH and RDW indicate anemia regardless of hemoglobin count?
How do u treat low hemoglobin(12.6)? Is this anemia? Take iron&if so how much? I read iron is no good 4 u. Rbc: 4.17, hematocrit: 37.4, high rdw: 15.
Is elevated RBC- 7.6, MCV- 66 low, MCH 20.4 low, MCHC -31.1 low , RDW- 18.5 high .. what does this mean? Post Covid routine labs.. everything else normal . Could this be anemic hypoxia from Covid?
My test result shows RDW-SD 46.5 and MPV 11.6, both with High flags, and mon# 0.2 with low. But the note says Im not anemic. I said I had a dizziness for a long time during a doctor visit a few days ago. Are those numbers not concerning?
