Call your surgeon: Call the dentist or oral, surgeon who did the extractions about this. If you are taking strong narcotic pain medications or some antibiotics can have this as a side effect. It is best to talk to the doctor who did the extraction as soon as possible.

Stomach problems: Are you sure there is a direct relation? Wisdom tooth extractions usually dont cause stomach problems unless your taking strong medications or a lot of medications. Ibuprofen and Aspirin can cause stomach irritation or ulcers if taken too often. Call your dentist for direction or gastroenterologist.

GI disturbances: Post surgical gastritis can be caused by swallowing blood/saliva/ mucous, antibiotics, analgesics, diet change, virus or bacteria, among other reasons. For relief call the Oral Surgeon or General Dentist that did your extraction for Post Surgical Care. It's part of your total treatment.
