Bad teeth: Perhaps. As a dentist I get a little sick thinking about how some people let their teeth rot away in their mouth and how it results in lost time from school or work, bigger dental expenses, poorer general health, loss of self esteem, etc. In my mind, I picture how it eventually looks like the adjacent photo. Ugly, isn't it? It doesn't have to be. Brush and floss and see your dentist regularly.

MouthBody Connection: Tooth pain accompanied by nausea and sickness can indicate a tooth abscess. If bad teeth are not taken care of, damaging microbes grow in the mouth and then find their way by spreading to other organs of the body. There is evidence that some systemic diseases may be caused by oral infections. Call your dentist today!
