No: A tooth infection will not cause a cataract. Possibly if they use steroids in the after care, steroids may start or spread the progression of cataracts. P.

Skin lesions: It would be nice to have a pic sent over for us to look at. Without it, it is next to impossible to tell what those spots are. Also, a description of your symptoms would help such as any itchiness, spreading, exposure to anything that could have caused them, etc.
