See below: Depends on what you mean by normal physique, but incorporating healthy diet and protein and exercising regularly can help you. Stay away from drinking calories such as soda. You may also incorporate healthy protein such as whey into your diet. Lastly, have some bloodwork done to make sure there is nothing going on that is preventing you from gaining weight. Best wishes.
