Very unusual: It is very unusual to have 4 different cancers at one time. However, there are certain rare genetic syndromes where a patient may have more than one tumor (benign or cancerous) at a time. Some examples of such syndromes: multiple endocrine neoplasia (mens), li-fraumeni, turcot's, von-hippel lindau.
