Inflammation: Depending on where you are getting the pain, this could be related to the psoas muscle getting inflamed in its course through the pelvis or from a nerve getting irritated in your back or pelvis. Have your gyn rule out any pelvic issues, then see a physiatrist (doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation) for further work-up and treatment.
