Yes: You still have cervix could get pregnant provided no radiation was given few cases even if you develop incompetent cervix , pregnancy could be carried out by various banding procedures good luck.

Should be able to: Rare that you couldn't because of that, but you are at increased w=risk to have an incompetent cervix so your OB will be monitoring your cervical length and you may or may not need a preocedure or meds when you are pregnanty.
