Paxil (paroxetine) & sweating: Paxil (paroxetine) and other ssri's can cause sweating, but so can many causes that could be more problematic for you. Please work with your primary care doctor about this problem, which needs a thorough workup before best treatments can be determined. If no other causes for the sweating are found, then will need to consider dose adjustment or medication change.
