Ask your doc: Paxil (paroxetine) is a strong medicine that increases seratonin. It is unclear if the problem is this drug or it's dose. Regardless, if you are having fatigue it could be you need a different drug. Speak with your prescriber about this. In the meantime, be sure you eat regularly, healthy food, get good sleep, and exercise daily
