PCOS: You may have polycystic ovary syndrome. This may also cause some changes in hormone levels that may cause irregular cycles, some male type hormones that cause abnormal hair growth, acne, or other abnormal patterns with your period. Some people report weight changes and other symptoms. You should monitor your cycles for a couple of months to see if there is a pattern.
