Effexor (venlafaxine): Effexor (venlafaxine) can cause high blood pressure which can cause dizziness. Maybe you could have hypoglycemia and so eating sweets may be affecting you etc. Need more details.

? Low blood sugar: It sounds like you might be having low blood sugar episodes. Try eating multiple small meals a day. This will usually help. For a definitive diagnosis your doctor needs to run a glucose tolerance test. Talk to him about this.Let me know how this turns out. Take care.

I can't eat during the day because it puts me to sleep. sometimes i get very hot and sweat,alot. sometimes it doesn't make me sweat. but it always makes me dizzy, very weak and extremely tired to where i have to lay down and sleep. i'm 52?
