Spinning: One of those little stones in the cochlea. Turn back to put in in place. Your ENT dr might have the answer for you.

Check it out. http://tinyurl.com/ymaazb there are exercises you can do to help ( also on mayo site) if things do not get better, i would recommend an evaluation for other causes that can be more ominous...And for treatment. I tell my patients with the benign kind to "just move slowly"..And be careful not to fall.
