See your doctor: The usual cause of this is a malfunction of your inner ear or balance mechanism. When you feel like you are spinning or lose your balance in certain positions it is because you brain is receiving false information from your inner ear. This can happen for many reasons. There are other possible causes and more information is needed in order to determine treatment. See your health care provider

BPPV: This is likely benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Annoying as heck, but not to worry about. It is due to crystals that have gotten out of position in the inner ear and they usually work their way back into place. You will notice specific sides/directions when turning or getting out of bed a certain side will set it off. Give it a bit of time, and if not better, see MD!
