See your doctor: This could represent a blood clot in your leg. The fact that it is one sided and rapidly changing is what i find concerning.

Ruptured cyst: You may have ruptured a popliteal cyst. I would have a rheumatologist evaluate the problem as age 33 is very young to have significant osteoarthritis.
