i have osteoarthritis in my knees but for 1 yr 4 minths i have had from right knee down stay swollen now it it up to hip and painful and tingling?

See your doctor: This could represent a blood clot in your leg. The fact that it is one sided and rapidly changing is what i find concerning.

Ruptured cyst: You may have ruptured a popliteal cyst. I would have a rheumatologist evaluate the problem as age 33 is very young to have significant osteoarthritis.
