See your doctor: If you haven't taken your son to a gastroenterologist, it is probably time. However, i cannot tell you what is next without knowing what has been done already. Have tests been done to evaluate for medical causes of constipation? Also, the pain with eating, while it could be due to the constipation, could also be due to something else, like a stomach infection. You really need to see your doctor.

Needs evaluation : You should take your son to be evaluated, he needs a urinalysis to rule out a urinary tract infection, and an x-ray of the abdomen to see the extent of the constipation.
