Pain: Could be nerve compression somewhere. You need to be examined and if suspected as above you will need a nerve conduction study.

Nerve compression: From your symptoms it sounds as if you are experiencing some sort of nerve compression but it could also be vascular. See your primary care physician for an examination. You did not indicate the reasons for your ct scan other studies may be need to be ordered. Re-evaluate your posture and consider low back exercises to promote better posture and limit possible disk herniation.
