No: Scrubbing bubbles does not use ammonia or other things that are directly toxic to the eye. The arousal form from pressure can make the eye very red. If you have flushed your eyes and your eyes are not irritated don't worry about. You have glaucoma so see your ophthalmologist.

See your doctor: This cleaner contains strong chemical irritants. You did the right thing by flushing the eye, but you need to see your ophthalmologist right away to rule out more serious injury and to get appropriate treatment if necessary. Good luck!
