Tiny bubbles: If bubbles are on white part of eye (the clear white covering called the conjunctiva) usually due to allergy or cysts. If on inner lid, due to clogged meibomian gland. Send a photos if you can. More info: eyedoc2020@blogspot.com It does not sound like Bitot spots which are due Vit A deficiency.
