Yes: Assuming protein powder is made by reputable manufacturer (remember, there is no 3rd party oversight re safety, effectiveness, quality control etc), it should be safe as part of diet but shouldn't be sole source of nutrition. Best to eat a variety of healthy foods, eg fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy oils, plenty of h2o. Don't forget prenatal vitamin. Ask 4 referral 2 nutritio.
