At home kits, but...: There are at home kits sold in the us that detect the presence of a sperm protein. The sensitivity of the test is roughly that it will register as positive if the sperm count is >20 million, and negative if below. If negative, should get normal semen analysis at doctor's. If positive, still might be infertile, since just because you have sperm, they may not be functional. Caveat emptor.
