Air Bubbles: Air bubbles in syringes only are to be cautioned against in intro-areterial injections. Any other use of syringes do not carry any warning about small air bubbles. Your fertility will not be affected.

No: Air bubbles in this application are not a problem.It would be if the injection were into a vein, but in an open space like the vagina or cervix there is no reason for concern.
