Depends: If a woman's cycle is less than 28 days she will ovulate before day 14. If longer than 28, then after day 14. In general, cycle length minus 14 will give you approximate ovulation day.

Varies: If your cycles are regular, i.e. Every 28-30 days, then you most likely are ovulating around day 14. If your cycles are longer or shorter this can vary when you ovulate. Take the length of your cycle and subtract 14 days and that's probably when you are ovulating. If your cycles are very irregular, and approach 40 days apart or more then you probably aren't ovulating and you should see your md.
